AUTOMATICALLY send out lab results to all
applicants during the underwriting process.

| John Hancock has new Application Forms |
On June 2nd, John Hancock announced that they
released new application forms. The new
forms can be downloaded from our website.
John Hancock has advised that they will
accept their old application forms through
July 2nd, 2008, after that they will require
the new forms.
If you have John Hancock applications
stockpiled somewhere in your office, please
discard them and download the new forms from
our website. If you have paperwork that has
been completed but just not submitted to our
office yet, please send it to us ASAP. In
the past, John Hancock has been very strict
about their cutoff dates for using old
forms.
